  I would like to start by saying I love this store. I've been to many fish stores and this was by far the best. However, I was specifically looking for a saltwater led reef light and found the one that would suit my needs at this store. I was in a few weeks before Thanksgiving and the regular black label price of the light was CLEARLY marked as $199. I was told if I come back during the Thanksgiving weekend that exact light would be on sale for around the price of $169. I also made it a point a week before coming in town to call and confirm that would be the price and it was confirmed. I was in town from Indiana during the holiday weekend and the light now had regular black label price listed as $249 and had a red label sale price of $199. I clearly understand this was a sales scheme for the holiday sale however, I didn't appreciate being told one thing only to get to the store and find out that was not the price I was I formed it would be.

  Great help. I'm new into aquariums and they don't mind me asking a million questions when I'm there or calling on the phone. Great one on one. Makes me feel like I matter and don't try to sell me things I don't need. They are also very helpful in teaching you about the fish and tanks. After further review they will say anything to make a buck. I have incompatible fish in my community tank, lied to about plants ( high light vs low light), even got a light tonight recomended by them for high light plants in a 20 gal long... got home says on box low light plants only and didn't even fit the tank.. Also gave bad advice to sister-in-law. She lost 2 fish and a frog. Do your own research and only shop there when 50% off fish sale.

  The store is very clean and the fish are very healthy. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable... If you can get them to help. I walked in and explained to them that I was new to aquariums and hadent tried live plants yet and didn't know any extra steps needed. I was told that the plants were in the back and was immediately left in my own. After wondering around for a while I started asking different employees for help and felt like I was annoying for being ignorant with live plants. I was ready to buy everything from tank equipment to fish from here, and by the end of my trip I only wanted the tank and could not wait to leave.
