  I noticed that food in my freezer was not frozen and I needed help. I called Gordon Appliance and spoke to a helpful young lady and discussed my problem and gave my information. A technician returned my call promptly. We scheduled for a service call that very day and I received a call from Jeff 20 minutes before he arrived letting me know he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem quickly and told me exactly what it was going to cost. He had the part on his truck. I gave him the okay and he made the repair. My refrigerator is as good as new! I will not hesitate to recommend Gordon Appliance Service. -Joanne
